GDPR Statement

Last updated: 28 August 2026

As a software provider, Uitzendbureau1 Software processes personnel data on behalf of our customers. We take our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) seriously – both as the data controller for our own website and in the role of processor for our customers.

Data processing agreement

We enter into a data processing agreement with every customer who processes personal data in our platform. This sets out what data is processed, for what purpose, and which security measures apply.

Technical and organisational measures

Our platform is designed with privacy by design as a starting point. Some of the measures we apply:

  • Encrypted connections (TLS) for all data traffic.
  • Encrypted storage of sensitive data.
  • Role-based access control: employees only see what they need.
  • Regular backups and a documented recovery procedure.
  • Logging of access to personal data.

Data breaches

In the event of a (suspected) data breach, we inform the customer concerned without delay, so that they can comply with their reporting obligation to the relevant data protection authority. We document every incident and the measures taken.

Rights of data subjects

Our platform supports customers in handling requests from data subjects, such as access, correction and deletion of personal data (the right to be forgotten).
